About the role
- Finance Analyst responsible for financial reconciliations in Zamp's restaurant ecosystem. Analyzing indicators and improving payment processes for daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Work on financial reconciliation processes, with emphasis on delivery payment methods;
- Perform daily financial reconciliations;
- Record accounting entries in the ERP (SAP);
- Analyze and control delinquency/outstanding receivables;
- Monitor key Accounts Receivable indicators on a daily basis;
- Create reports to support the formatting of indicators;
- Provide direct support to the Junior Analyst and the department Assistant;
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to collections processes;
- Coordinate with Accounting and Operations teams;
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Actively participate in process mapping and improvement, proposing solutions that increase the area’s efficiency;
- Handle and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring reliability and transparency of information;
- Perform critical analyses that contribute to decision-making and improvement of financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
- Advanced Excel skills with emphasis on Power Query (M language);
- Experience with SAP;
- Experience reconciling payment methods.
