About the role
- Junior Financial Analyst responsible for managing company payments and accounts payable processes at VOLL. Ensuring accurate financial operations and supporting accounts reconciliation in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute payments (payment issuance, bank return processing, and general payments)
- Reconcile supplier advances
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Monitor outstanding accounts payable balances
- Perform financial closings
- Other accounts payable routines and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with systems such as Benner is a plus
- Experience in accounts payable and treasury activities
