- Identificere og drive udviklingsinitiativer i tæt samarbejde med øvrige funktioner i MultiLine
- Lede projekter med fokus på procesoptimering og digitalisering
- Bidrage med analyser og datagrundlag til de operationelle processer på tværs af værdikæden
- Koordinere tværgående initiativer, der styrker leveringssikkerhed og effektivitet
- Udvikle og implementere KPI’er og forbedringstiltag
- Facilitere workshops og forandringsprocesser med involvering af relevante stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevante kandidatuddannelse (cand.merc. eller lignende)
- 5–10 års erfaring med supply chain, logistik og forretningsudvikling
- Dokumenteret erfaring med projektledelse og procesoptimering
- Stærke interpersonelle kompetencer og evne til at opbygge relationer på tværs af faggrupper og niveauer
- Erfaring med at arbejde både i drift og med akademisk analyse
- Stærke analytiske evner og erfaring med datadrevet beslutningsstøtte
- Excel på højt niveau – gerne suppleret med erfaring i Power BI, Python, VBA eller lignende
- Behersker dansk og engelsk på højt niveau.
