About the role
- SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager leading global harmonization of manufacturing processes for an S/4HANA transformation. Owning IT accountability in diverse international environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the global SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain (Plan-to-Deliver) domain with full IT accountability
- Lead harmonization and standardization of manufacturing and supply chain processes across all regions and plants
- Own and drive the Manufacturing & Supply Chain stream within the global S/4HANA transformation program
- Define the future system architecture, including planning landscape, MRP Live, shopfloor integrations, and APO replacement
- Ensure alignment with global template approaches and enterprise architecture standards
- Act as the key business-IT interface for Global and Sub-Process Owners in Manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Lead, develop, and structure a global, distributed team of SAP experts
- Contribute as a member of the IT Applications & Services Leadership Team to application governance and strategic direction
Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Strong expertise in SAP PP / PP-PI and at least one additional module (WM/EWM, QM, or MM)
- Proven experience leading global teams and large-scale SAP transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA transformations and global template implementations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Solid ABAP and debugging knowledge to guide technical design and challenge development approaches
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior business and IT leadership
- Fluent in English and willing to travel approximately 15%
