Responsibilities
Få et centralt ansvar i HR-organisationen med ansvaret for Legal HR, HR-årshjul, kontraktstyring og HR-rapportering.
Være en faglig kernerolle for HR Business Partnerne og en vigtig del af HR-ledergruppen.
Bidrage til, at afdelingen kan agere datadrevet, konsistent og forretningsnært.
Omsætte komplekse regulatoriske krav, medarbejderstamdata og juridiske rammer til brugbare løsninger.
Drive og vedligeholde årshjulet således at de enkelte elementer og processer drives effektivt igennem.
Requirements
Relevant uddannelsesmæssig baggrund inden for jura, HR eller tilsvarende – fx cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., cand.merc.HRM., HD(O) eller anden relevant baggrund.
Minimum fem års erfaring inden for Legal HR, HR administration og compliance – gerne fra større eller komplekse organisationer med høje krav til dokumentation, governance og korrekt juridisk praksis.
Solid ledelseserfaring, hvor du har arbejdet med udvikling af teamet, samt proces optimering.
Solid erfaring med ansættelsesret, GDPR og personalejuridiske problemstillinger, samt erfaring med at drive og udvikle HR-årshjul.
Evner at navigere i regulerede miljøer og arbejder struktureret, analytisk og datadrevet.
Stærk formidler, der formår at omsætte HR faglige og juridiske vurderinger til konkrete organisatoriske tiltag.
