Responsibilities
- Development of tailored solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Finance
- Modernization of internal and external business processes
- Close collaboration with business units, implementation partners and agile teams
- Responsibility for technical concepts, implementation and quality
- Analysis of requirements, design of solutions and implementation on the platform
- Development of extensions, customizations and integrations
- Coordination of service and implementation partners
- Independent project management tasks
Requirements
- Completed degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT or a related field
- Several years of experience in developing, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and/or Finance
- Solid knowledge in configuration, customizing, the Power Platform, and interface development (e.g. Web API, Azure Services)
- Experience managing external service providers including SLA management and quality assurance
- Project management skills – ideally with agile methods and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence
- Structured, solution-oriented, strong communicator and a team player
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
