About the role

• Network Analyst responsible for managing and improving corporate network solutions. Collaborating on high-complexity network infrastructure for major companies in Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement medium- to high-complexity logical and physical network infrastructure solutions;
• Administer, configure, and perform advanced troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid network environments;
• Lead projects to improve, expand, and modernize network infrastructure, from technical analysis through final delivery;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, topologies, inventories, and technical and managerial reports;
• Analyze network performance, availability, and capacity metrics and propose continuous improvements;
• Ensure adherence to information security policies, best practices, and technical standards;
• Provide Level 3 support, performing advanced diagnostics and resolving critical incidents;
• Support change management processes, participating in maintenance windows and risk assessments;
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and technical partners for problem resolution and service implementation;
• Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring mid-level and junior analysts as needed.

Requirements

• Experience administering and supporting corporate networks, including LAN and WAN;
• Experience managing IP and MPLS network environments, routers, switches, VLAN, VXLAN;
• NAT, ACLs, Policy-Based Routing (PBR);
• VPNs (IPSec, SSL, site-to-site, client-to-site);
• Wireless networks, IP addressing and routing, autonomous routing protocols (BGP, OSPF);
• Implementation of QoS in corporate networks and Data Center Interconnection (DCI);
• Experience in structuring distribution and access rack systems;
• Required certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation or higher;
• CCNP certification or higher;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Analysis or Computer Networks.
