Network Analyst responsible for managing and improving corporate network solutions. Collaborating on high-complexity network infrastructure for major companies in Brazil.
Responsibilities
Plan, design, and implement medium- to high-complexity logical and physical network infrastructure solutions;
Administer, configure, and perform advanced troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid network environments;
Lead projects to improve, expand, and modernize network infrastructure, from technical analysis through final delivery;
Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, topologies, inventories, and technical and managerial reports;
Analyze network performance, availability, and capacity metrics and propose continuous improvements;
Ensure adherence to information security policies, best practices, and technical standards;
Provide Level 3 support, performing advanced diagnostics and resolving critical incidents;
Support change management processes, participating in maintenance windows and risk assessments;
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and technical partners for problem resolution and service implementation;
Serve as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring mid-level and junior analysts as needed.
Requirements
Experience administering and supporting corporate networks, including LAN and WAN;
Experience managing IP and MPLS network environments, routers, switches, VLAN, VXLAN;
NAT, ACLs, Policy-Based Routing (PBR);
VPNs (IPSec, SSL, site-to-site, client-to-site);
Wireless networks, IP addressing and routing, autonomous routing protocols (BGP, OSPF);
Implementation of QoS in corporate networks and Data Center Interconnection (DCI);
Experience in structuring distribution and access rack systems;
Required certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation or higher;
CCNP certification or higher;
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Analysis or Computer Networks.
