About the role

  • Product Manager overseeing the digital product operations and driving metrics for Hitss, a tech solutions company. Leading teams in optimizing digital strategies and managing product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor business metrics;
  • Define and execute actions to ensure established goals are met, such as prioritizing the roadmap;
  • Monitor and optimize the anti-fraud process and payment gateway;
  • Develop and track business KPIs and produce executive reports;
  • Monitor the customer lifecycle and customer journeys;
  • Identify improvements, prioritize, and track the roadmap using agile methodology;
  • Monitor operations in collaboration with the monitoring team;
  • Lead partnership development and contract formalization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Experience managing and operating digital products, product roadmaps, business management, and digital sales and retention strategies;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and OKRs;
  • Experience leading B2C digital products such as marketplaces or streaming platforms;
  • Familiarity with UX, CX, and A/B testing;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis.
