About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an aggressive affiliate marketing strategy to drive high-volume traffic and ROI-positive conversions.
  • Proactively scout, vet, and onboard new affiliates, including large-scale publishers, niche bloggers, and loyalty/coupon sites.
  • Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners to ensure GlassesUSA.com remains their top-performing brand.
  • Analyze performance data daily to optimize commissions, creative assets, and conversion rates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and "flat fee" placements to secure premium visibility on partner sites.
  • Ensure all messaging and offers resonate with the US market trends and seasonal shopping behaviors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management, preferably within the E-commerce or D2C space.
  • Deep familiarity with the US consumer market and American digital media landscape.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills—you aren’t afraid to "cold call" a potential partner or negotiate for better placement.
  • Native-level English speaker (or equivalent fluency) is a significant advantage, as you will be communicating daily with US-based partners.
  • Comfortable working with data and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ) to track performance and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
