Responsibilities
Develop and execute an aggressive affiliate marketing strategy to drive high-volume traffic and ROI-positive conversions.
Proactively scout, vet, and onboard new affiliates, including large-scale publishers, niche bloggers, and loyalty/coupon sites.
Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners to ensure GlassesUSA.com remains their top-performing brand.
Analyze performance data daily to optimize commissions, creative assets, and conversion rates.
Negotiate commercial terms and "flat fee" placements to secure premium visibility on partner sites.
Ensure all messaging and offers resonate with the US market trends and seasonal shopping behaviors.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management, preferably within the E-commerce or D2C space.
Deep familiarity with the US consumer market and American digital media landscape.
Strong sales and negotiation skills—you aren’t afraid to "cold call" a potential partner or negotiate for better placement.
Native-level English speaker (or equivalent fluency) is a significant advantage, as you will be communicating daily with US-based partners.
Comfortable working with data and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, CJ) to track performance and make informed decisions.
