Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the group-wide financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Analyze operational performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and profit-enhancing opportunities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, assisting in strategic decision-making and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls, managing audits and liaising with external auditors
- Drive process improvements across the finance function, implementing best practices and efficient reporting systems

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly preferred
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a finance role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis, ideally within a group or multinational environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing the financial operations of a complex organization
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modelling, and financial software
- Strong understanding of group consolidation, financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Fluent in English; fluent in Danish and German would be advantageous.
