About the role

Requirements
- Successfully completed degree (Health Economics, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Medicine) or medical training with several years of professional experience in Medical Controlling, ideally in a leadership role
- Completed further training as a certified coding specialist
- Solid knowledge of the DRG and PEPP systems, relevant legal regulations and hospital billing
- Ideally experience with cgm medico hospital information system (KIS) and uhb Amondis
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Leadership experience and strong communication and managerial skills
- Team-oriented approach to collaboration
- Interest in digitalization and IT topics, as well as project management experience
