Requirements
- Master’s/PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aero, Thermal, Structures)
- At least 8 years of total experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Engineering Design
- Minimum of 3 years developing AI/Machine Learning (ML) solutions
- Proven experience in AI program management
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Engineering Design tools (CAD, CFD/FEA)
- Ability to translate insights from Test/Experimental data into effective AI driven solutions
- Proven experience in process change management and influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of AI and data science, specialized focus on Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI
- Good understanding of the Gas Power business and Engineering Design processes
- Strong project management skills with experience identifying non-value-added steps in the Engineering Design process
- Experience in managing budgets including budget planning and spend
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align AI initiatives with broader business objectives
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of artificial intelligence
- Self-starter, requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
