Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical design, development leadership, and architectural governance of Salesforce implementations.
- Focus on custom development, complex integrations, and platform optimization.
- Design technical architecture including Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.
- Define and review coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Lead complex Salesforce integrations with external systems (ERP, legacy apps).
- Architect data migration strategies and large-volume data handling.
- Perform code reviews and technical risk assessments.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Must-Have: Apex, LWC, Visualforce SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs
- Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and security model.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Good - Have: Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA – path preferred) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
