About the role
- Junior SAP Projektleiter supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations and managing project scope, schedule, and budget. Collaboration with project teams and application of various project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei SAP-S/4HANA‑Einführungen sowie Transformations‑, Rollout- und Migrationsprojekten
- Planung und Koordination von Projektumfang, Zeitplan, Budget und Qualität
- Pflege von Projektplänen in Planview
- Aufbau und Organisation von Projektteams
- Anwendung klassischer, hybrider und agiler Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B. PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum)
- Unterstützung im Eskalationsmanagement
- Koordination von Arbeitspaketen rund um SAP-Module, Non-SAP-Systeme, Schnittstellen, Datenmigration und Middleware
- Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Enterprise- und Solution-Architekten
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, Meetings und Präsentationen
- Dokumentation von Best Practices, Lessons Learned und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste Erfahrung im IT‑Projektmanagement, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse zu SAP S/4HANA
- Basiswissen zu IT‑Systemarchitekturen, Schnittstellen sowie Datenmigration und Stammdatenmanagement
- Grundverständnis von IT‑Security, Identity & Access Management oder DevOps‑Prozessen
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, MS Project, SAP Cloud ALM, Planview)
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
