About the role

• Analista de Planejamento optimizing scheduling and cost management for construction projects. Ensuring compliance with project timelines and financial controls at EBM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Physical Schedule;
• Prepare Financial Schedule;
• Prepare Procurement/Supplies Schedule;
• Prepare S-curve;
• Manage construction deadlines in the short, medium and long term;
• Control disbursements;
• Manage financial agent;
• Site visits;
• Generate KPIs;
• Create physical/financial controls;
• Cost control;
• Other related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, or related fields;
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the area;
• Experience in the construction sector, preparing construction costs and quantity takeoffs;
• MS Office (Intermediate/Advanced);
• Microsoft Project (Intermediate/Advanced);
• Experience with ERP systems (Sienge);
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
