About the role

• Project Manager for IT solutions in B2B energy sector at GET AG. Supporting agile project management and customer requirements while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Capturing customer requirements using scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinating with the product team to develop implementation proposals in an agile working environment
• Supporting development, in particular providing detailed requirement specifications and testing
• Configuring the product to meet individual customer needs
• Close collaboration and alignment with other project managers and departments such as Development, QA, Sales, etc.

Requirements

• Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional experience in project management, preferably in IT/software projects
• Good knowledge of traditional (waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) project methodologies
• Confident use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Technical understanding and basic experience working with APIs (e.g. JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI) are a plus
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
