About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and present recommended actions within the framework of financial management
- Closely coordinate with hospital management and support rational decision-making through data preparation
- Responsible for financial planning and play a significant role in month-end and year-end closings
- Prepare cost-effectiveness/profitability analyses and develop management/control instruments
Requirements
- University degree (or equivalent), preferably in business administration and ideally with a focus on healthcare, or professional experience in hospital controlling / hospital financing
- Proficient in SAP CO and MS Excel; experience working with Qlik and ThinkCell is a plus
- Experience in hospital financing, with strong analytical and communication skills for collaboration with various healthcare stakeholders
