Responsibilities
Planning, coordination and project management of small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects in the field of building services/technical building equipment (heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary)
Responsible for planning and site management during ongoing hospital operations
Coordination of service providers/contractors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Monitoring schedule, costs and quality of construction measures
Controlling the construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects
Requirements
State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s) in building services/supply engineering (HKLS)
Professional experience in planning, designing and leading construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
Practical experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
Proficient with standard software such as MS Office, ideally also with AVA programs (e.g., ORCA)
Experience with SAP
Responsible team player, able to work independently and take initiative
German language proficiency at least at C1 level
