Responsibilities
Independent planning, coordination and project management of new-build and refurbishment measures in building services engineering, specializing in electrical, energy and building services
Planning, tendering, awarding, and site supervision, including coordination of service providers
Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Controlling construction works with regard to schedule, costs and quality
Overseeing construction execution up to handover and tracking any defects
Requirements
State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Building Services)
Professional experience in planning, project design and management of construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
Preferably experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
Proficient with common software such as MS Office; ideally experienced with AVA software (e.g., ORCA)
Experience with SAP
Responsible team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
German language skills at a minimum of C1 level
