Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for a core project focused on talent strategy, supplemented by key HR operational tasks.
  • Your primary goal will be to finalize our Technology Competency Matrix & Career Pathways, providing our teams with a clear vision for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical thinker with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across different teams and levels of leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, curious, and resourceful individual who is eager to learn and take ownership of projects.
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Sheets/Excel).
