About the role

  • Integration Developer designing and maintaining scalable integration solutions at Kuros Biosciences. Collaborating with teams to enhance automation and data flow in a growing IT landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an integration architecture together with the data architect
  • Propose and select appropriate and purpose fitting tools
  • Develop solutions to interface between various software components and platforms, mainly cloud applications, and align with target models
  • Analyze and assess existing information systems to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, users, and developers from 3rd party providers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and execute integration plans and strategies to optimize data sources and workflows.
  • Apply technologies for process automation, e.g., through workflow tools or RPA
  • Document technical requirements and integration processes for future reference and compliance.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize integration solutions to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Manage and troubleshoot interfaces, integrations, and data configurations post-integration.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to security and quality standards.
  • Support team members and provide technical guidance on integration best practices.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with significant experience in system integration and process automation.
  • Broad experience in integration patterns, API management, connectors application, synchronous and asynchronous data exchange, and its implementation.
  • Experienced with standard market integration solutions, systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency with at least one major integration platform (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Boomi, Workato, Snaplogic, or Informatica).
  • Hands-on experience with RPA and workflow management tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate).
  • Strong knowledge of API and connector management as well as lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, .NET, C#, Python).
  • Proficiency in server-side programming languages and scripting, including SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of integration concepts and patterns (e.g., XML Schemas, JSON, SOAP, WS specifications).
  • Experienced with usage of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices patterns.
  • Knowledge of data management concepts and data integration tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
