Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading our financial team (5 people) providing accurate and timely accounting and reporting
- Prepare financial reports that compare actual results with planned budgets and forecasts
- Develop, maintain and analyze management reports
- Assist in maintaining the financial control framework
- Act as a contact person for the customer's Finance Director
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or equivalent (PDB or relevant MBO+ accounting diploma)
- Relevant experience in financial functions (GL, R2R)
- Leading a small team
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle Peoplesoft is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in both Dutch and English
