About the role

Responsibilities
- Implementation of CLM Software: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful deployment of contract lifecycle management software.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all deployment activities, including contracts, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically CLM.
- Legal practice and background.
- Ability to work across countries and time zones in a globally dispersed team.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS solutions and contract management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables.
