About the role

  • Compliance Assistant at Genesis Group managing internal audits and process mappings. Ensuring quality indicators and supporting action plans for improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal audit requests in accordance with defined scope and objectives
  • Maintain organized records and histories for consultation by Compliance, Management and internal departments
  • Support the mapping of processes and activities to be audited
  • Identify internal controls, risks, irregularities, discrepancies, and non-conformities
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of action plans and improvements
  • Contribute to monitoring the area’s quality indicators.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
