About the role
- EHS Facilities & Security Leader overseeing safety and security operations for TAVS at GE Aerospace. Responsible for EHS strategy, leadership, and compliance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Functional EHS, Facilities & Security leadership for TAVS
- Provide oversight and indirect leadership for the EHS, Facilities, and Security functions
- Coach and mentor site EHS and Facilities leaders
- Partner across TAVS sites to characterize and predict risk
- Establish and Drive Daily Management rigor and connectivity across all locations
- Drive rigorous Management of Change (MOC) processes
- Ensure adherence to Operational Safety, EHS, Facilities, and Security Standard Work
- Provide multi-site oversight of facilities operations
- Partner with sourcing, real estate, IT, and other enabling functions to plan and execute facilities projects
- Lead EHS and Facilities/Security daily management routines
- Partner with site leaders to drive adherence to GE Aerospace processes, policies, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment)
- At least an additional 5 years of EHS and/or Facilities leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment
