About the role
- Project Manager leading roadway infrastructure projects from feasibility to execution at WSP. Overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project success in urban mobility.
Responsibilities
- Overall management and participation in the delivery of roadway infrastructure projects
- Supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Feasibility studies, opportunity dossiers and owner’s representative support (AMO)
- Full design and construction management: PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, AOR
- Monitoring of works and direction of execution
- Road safety audits, external inspections and technical expertise
- Risk analyses during both design and construction phases
Requirements
- Engineering degree (civil engineering, infrastructure, transportation)
- Proven experience in roadway infrastructure (approximately 5 years preferred)
- Knowledge of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique) and of design/engineering consultancy contracts (MOE)
- Strong technical, contractual and financial project management skills
- Track record of successful project delivery
- Leadership, precision and a strong client service orientation
