  • Senior Data Analyst supporting company initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in Seattle's hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support company OKRs and initiatives by collaborating with product owners/managers, SMEs, legal, engineers, and other partners
  • Prioritize and balance multiple data analysis workstreams efficiently
  • Own data validation efforts, verifying accuracy of collected data
  • Ensure efforts are directly aligned with business objectives
  • Build data reports and audience segments as required for the company’s diverse multiplatform portfolio

Requirements

  • Mastery in locating specific data within Sinclair’s various data systems
  • Mastery in visualizing data for clear communication of business-critical information
  • Ability to effectively convey analysis objectives, evaluations, discoveries, and rationale to leadership
  • Mastery in the Databricks systems, AI agent validation and reporting functions
  • Ability to develop expertise in first-party data, programmatic advertising, consumer data, and registration business models
  • Assumes a leadership role by bringing strategic thinking and mentoring data analysts and data developers
