About the role
- Information Security Analyst supporting the Department of State contract. Managing security operations and leading a team in compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of 5 to 8 security staff
- Provide support to the DoS ISSOs for new and existing systems
- Oversee CCS security operations team
- Deliver support related to user accounts, access permission, security group management
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments
- Execute thorough Quality Assurance (QA) of all ATO documentation
- Review security controls in accordance with NIST SP 800-53
- Interpret and analyze complex system/network architecture diagrams
- Stay current with emerging security trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Skills: Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Information Security Operations
- Minimum of a Secret security clearance
- Availability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level II or Information Assurance (IAT) Level II
- ISC2 Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance (CGRC) certification required
- BA/BS degree
