Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role to bridge the gap between business needs and system-based solutions
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) stakeholders and HCS leads
  • Support the HCS team's mission to deliver innovative and efficient solutions
  • Enhance workforce operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems or similar required
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration skills on large team with dynamic engagement of team members
  • Ability to clearly articulate and document stakeholder needs
  • Ability to prepare & maintain technical documentation for ongoing operations
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent facilitation skills with large groups of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities with high-level of curiosity
  • Understanding of systems interfaces and technical aspects
  • Scrum & agile experience
