- Design and develop physical workstation images and VDI templates
- Troubleshoot operating system and software deployment failures
- Provide escalation support for Tier III/IV issues
- Collaborate with customers and vendors for troubleshooting and resolving problems
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of related technical experience required
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification required
- Demonstrated experience with MECM task sequencing
- MECM Server and application administration experience
- Windows 11 Administration experience
- Microsoft Deployment Toolkit experience
- Active Directory/GPO administration experience
- Experience with Remote Access Technologies – VPN, IPSec, VDI (Citrix/VMware/AWS Workspace/Azure)
- Understanding of DoD & DISA cybersecurity requirements
