Responsibilities
Generate and analyze databases related to the public market, public tenders, opportunities, and institutional performance.
Develop, calibrate, and maintain prompts for automating searches, reading and interpreting public documents, and generating proposals and reports.
Implement automated routines to monitor tenders, management dashboards, and other strategic sources.
Support the team in extracting insights for commercial intelligence, client prospecting, and public policy analysis.
Ensure the CRM and internal dashboards are kept up to date and that data integrity is maintained.
Lead internal training on the use of AI and data automation, sharing best practices for prompt engineering.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related areas is desirable.
Data manipulation and analysis: SQL, Python, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
Experience with process automation: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), scripting, and system integration (APIs).
Proficiency with generative AI solutions: ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Gemini, and similar tools.
Prompt development and tuning: ability to create, test, and refine prompts for AI, aligning language, context, and business objectives.
Knowledge of the public sector: familiarity with transparency portals, public databases, tenders, and regulations applicable to the public health sector is a plus.
Data project and product management: understanding of agile methodologies and a results-oriented mindset.
