About the role

  • As a Product Experience Specialist at Kulu, you'll own product quality ensuring reliability and user experience. This contract role comes with a clear path to full-time based on impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own product quality and maintain exceptional standards across Kulu
  • Systematically test the product end-to-end
  • Surface experiential issues and identify capability gaps
  • Validate new features and agent capabilities before they go live
  • Document issues clearly with reproduction steps and supporting evidence
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure issues are well-understood
  • Test AI behaviour and flag UX issues
  • Observe user behaviours and document capability gaps

Requirements

  • Proactive, highly motivated working style

  • Able to work independently and drive value for the company with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and patience
  • Strong product and UX taste
  • Curiosity and a desire to break things in realistic ways
  • Clear written and verbal communication (English and Bahasa Indonesian)
  • Ability to explain why something feels broken, confusing, or insufficient
  • QA or product testing experience (Nice-to-have)
  • Experience with SaaS or AI-powered products (Nice-to-have)
  • Technical literacy (but not required to code) (Nice-to-have)
