About the role
- As a Product Experience Specialist at Kulu, you'll own product quality ensuring reliability and user experience. This contract role comes with a clear path to full-time based on impact.
Responsibilities
- Own product quality and maintain exceptional standards across Kulu
- Systematically test the product end-to-end
- Surface experiential issues and identify capability gaps
- Validate new features and agent capabilities before they go live
- Document issues clearly with reproduction steps and supporting evidence
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure issues are well-understood
- Test AI behaviour and flag UX issues
- Observe user behaviours and document capability gaps
Requirements
