About the role
- Junior Lease Manager supporting the expansion team with lease offers and payment management in Düsseldorf. Responsible for lease management and communication with landlords and legal counsel.
Responsibilities
- You support our expansion team in processing and managing lease proposals
- You are responsible for planning and handling all payment transactions related to our leases – including monitoring all account movements
- You are the point of contact for landlords and property managers of our leased properties
- You support lease contract negotiations from a commercial perspective and handle communication with our legal counsel for tenancy law
- You take over contract management for our lease agreements
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a business degree with a focus on Accounting or Real Estate Management, or alternatively completed commercial training as a real estate clerk (Immobilienkauffrau/Immobilienkaufmann) with professional experience in lease administration for commercial properties
- You demonstrate a careful, responsible and structured way of working
- You enjoy working in a team and can be relied upon even during busy periods
- You bring strong communication skills: fluent German is essential for communication with our landlords
- You are digitally competent, have strong Excel skills and have experience working with contract and property management software, e.g., com.TRADENET
