About the role
- Internship opportunity for Civil Engineering students assisting engineers with daily planning and document organization. Engaging with project teams and performing site visits in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Direct support to engineers in daily planning and control routines
- Thorough review of technical documents (drawings, ARTs - Technical Responsibility Certificates, descriptive reports) and organization of digital and physical files
- Assist in preparing construction reports, measurement reports, and monitoring schedules
- Organization and cataloging of technical materials
- Site visits to monitor contractual milestones and verify compliance with office plans
- Integration with other teams involved in the development of the executive/detailed design
- Participation in meetings together with the team and other project stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree, preferably from the 4th semester onwards
- Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with technical standards and regulations in engineering
- Ease working in a team, proactive attitude, good communication, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week
- Reside in São Paulo, SP
