Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ business challenges and goals
  • Lead well-informed, consultative meetings with senior executives
  • Gain command of corporate message and deliver compelling presentations
  • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term sales plans
  • Engage in Opportunity Planning process
  • Adhere to Forterro Sales Process and adopt sales best practices
  • Negotiate contracts that align with profitability targets
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM records
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts to management

Requirements

  • Proven sales professional with experience in high-tech or SaaS environments
  • Strong track record of meeting quotas and building predictable pipelines
  • Experience in consultative, value-based selling
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector
  • Highly autonomous and proactive
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
  • Fluency in French and business-level English
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in standard office tools
