About the role
- Quality Assurance Engineer testing Orderwise software prior to release for stability and compliance. Collaboration with QA and Software Engineers for effective communication and resolution.
Responsibilities
- Test Orderwise Software, using various testing methods
- Analyse requirements (specifications/user stories) and define test conditions
- Review test analysis produced by other QA team members when required, providing constructive feedback
- Perform manual tests against these test conditions
- Create and maintain automated tests, where required
- Analyse and report faults to improve software quality
- Liaise with QA colleagues and Software Engineers when required to ensure issues are understood, effectively recorded and communicated to ensure a satisfactory resolution
- Participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support other colleagues in their development and training
- Suggest ways to improve existing processes within the QA team
