About the role

  • Digital Specialist at Ford enhancing the shopping experience for Connected Services through website optimization and project management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading content migration responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert on Integrated Services shopping patterns and customer needs – Gains a deep understanding of current and evolving trends, competitive activity, & technology advancement to inform strategy and tactics.
  • Lead Content Migration: Manage the "FoF" (Future of Ford) transition for Integrated Services, specifically overseeing the hand-off of technology specific feature page designs from agency partners
  • Web Authoring & Launch: Direct the final review and authoring phases for the Connected Services landing pages, ensuring a seamless move from design approval to live deployment.
  • VHP & MYCO Maintenance: Execute the maintenance and update strategy for Vehicle Home Pages (VHPs) during Model Year Change Over (MYCO) launches, ensuring all new creative assets and web guidelines are applied accurately.
  • Strategic Site Optimization: Develop and implement a broader structure strategy for Connected Services on Ford.com, with a focus on streamlining and differentiating the user journey for "prospect" vs. "owner" pages to reduce friction.
  • Product Bundle Integration: Act as the web lead for the content strategy and web messaging matrix for the bundle initiative, coordinating with stakeholders to establish lead times, project requirements, and cross-team alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between creative agencies, internal authoring teams, and product owners to ensure project timelines and technical requirements are met.
  • Testing & Innovation: Identify opportunities for new testing ideas within the integrated services space to optimize engagement and conversion across the digital ecosystem.
  • Coordination with Media: Ensure alignment with SEO/SEM for reporting on Search

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management, web content strategy, with a working knowledge of website development, platforms, analytics, and customer experience design
  • Experience working with Adobe Suite of Products – including AEM, Target, Analytics and Audience Manager
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
  • Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks
  • Delivers results consistently even under tough circumstances
  • Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Aptitude to recognize roadblocks and escalate issues as needed
  • Experience managing agency/partner relations
