About the role

  • Champion and direct design initiatives across licensees, suppliers and agencies, ensuring excellence and brand consistency.
  • Lead the development and deployment of style guides to establish design guidelines that define, elevate, and evolve the aesthetic of our consumer products.
  • Contribute creative expertise to support high-impact marketing activations; key brand moments; strategic partners meetings; retail marketing materials; and industry events and tradeshows.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by deeply understanding consumer insights and market trends that shape design trends and drive customer demand for branded merchandise.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ year design experience in consumer goods
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver against timelines
  • Ability to travel to key partner meetings, activations, and tradeshows as needed (up to 25%)
  • Prior fashion apparel, Retail, and/or eCommerce experience
