About the role
- ADAS MOART Data Processing Analyst at Ford Motor Company conducting data analysis for vehicle performance. Collaborating on innovative methods to enhance Ford’s Advanced Driver Assistance System features.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Feature Level performance testing and enable feature development through data exploration, data quality examination, and analysis of data collected from real world evaluation drives.
- Develop and refine tools, and scripts to detect and trace requirement failure, vehicle data collection issues and problematic scenarios in real-world data by working with feature, function owners, and V&V teams to understand metrics, use-cases.
- Track, report progress and create metric and status dashboards for management presentations by issuing tracking in JIRA and participating in regular meetings with responsible teams.
- Test vehicle system health monitoring, user face development, and data operations team environment by developing skills necessary to be productive in the data analysis and working with other data analysis and software engineers.
- Develop innovative methods for analysis of Ford’s Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features.
- Analyze resulting data and deliver reports and dashboards showing results and compliance with internal and external requirements by supporting design verification plans.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information System and Technology, Computer Science or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- • 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- 1. Performing software development and coding in Python, React, SQL or MATLAB.
- 2. Post processing raw data and extracting metrics for feature evaluation.
- 3. Utilizing SQL or big data tools, including Google BigQuery, to retrieve vehicle and drive data, performing in-depth data analysis to understand key drive statistics and feature performance.
- 4. Performing data analysis, applying statistical methods and employing data visualization tools including Superset, QlikSense, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- 5. Managing source code using Git and streamline solution development tracking using Jira.
- 6. Performing data analysis and providing feedback and insights to improve features, data quality, processes and system efficiencies.
