About the role
- Install and manage fall protection systems at height, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Leadership required in overseeing teams and project delivery at construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete installation of fall-arrest systems: from interpreting plans to handover of the site without reservations, strictly adhering to our safety standards and site manager deadlines.
- Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, and securing the work area.
- Install fall protection devices and systems.
- Manage your team, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
- Inspect and test (pull tests, test reports, DOE/as-built documentation).
- Report daily via Alobees and maintain phone contact with the site manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in working at heights / roofing / rope-access work
- Valid Working at Heights certification
- Ability to read technical drawings and a strong safety mindset
