Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive application solutions and estimates for strategic, complex, and alliance account opportunities
- Providing technical and sales support for large-scale and integrated electronic security systems
- Collaborating with Sales Executives, Engineers, and Project Managers to understand customer needs and design integrated electronic security systems
- Developing and delivering detailed and accurate system design specifications, proposals, and bills of materials (BOM)
- Providing complex hardware and software security solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Creating project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Maintaining current knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, NFPA, NEC), compliance requirements, and evolving product capabilities
- Providing technical and software design support during system startup
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in designing, pricing, and implementing integrated security systems
- Proficiency in access control, IP video, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems
- Proficiency in security system design tools (AutoCAD, Visio, manufacturer-specific software)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Strong strategic thinking and customer engagement skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and occasionally travel to customer sites.
