Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver innovative HSES programs and initiatives
- Align with the company’s vision to create a zero-incident work environment
- Lead the planning, execution and evaluation of safety programs
- Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, resources and deliverables
- Manage program risks, issues and dependencies
- Coordinate and communicate with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants and other stakeholders
- Facilitate and support training, coaching and mentoring of HSES leaders
- Monitor and measure program performance and impact
- Identify and implement best practices for programs
- Contribute to the development of HSES culture, values and behaviors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering
- Experience managing and delivering leadership, HSES and engagement programs
- Advanced/Fluent English
