Responsible for managing and delivering innovative HSES programs and initiatives
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of safety programs
Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables
Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate and communicate with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants, and other stakeholders
Facilitate and support training, coaching, and mentoring of HSES leaders and frontline workers
Monitor and measure program performance and impact using appropriate metrics and indicators
Identify and implement best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities
Contribute to the development and strengthening of HSES culture, values, and behaviors
Requirements
Completed academic degree in Engineering
Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering
Experience in managing and delivering leadership, HSES, and engagement programs
