About the role
- Configure and manage automation software for TechnipFMC systems. Support plant operations and participate in agile methodologies and software development process.
Responsibilities
- Configure and version automation software (TechnipFMC proprietary systems: UCOS, InControl, SmartTool, and network components).
- Create and maintain build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Generate and release configuration technical documentation using company tools.
- Conduct bench software tests and support plant startup activities.
- Participate in planning meetings and SCRUM/Lean methodology activities.
- Support development, QA, and operations teams.
- Perform field support activities, such as commissioning and after-sales, in accordance with local labor regulations.
- Participate in rotations across different squads within the software team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Active CREA registration.
- Advanced English (reading, writing) and intermediate English for conversation
- Experience in software configuration for industrial automation.
- Participation in development projects, parameterization, and commissioning of automation equipment.
- Strong command of control systems and configuration tools.
- Experience performing software tests and supporting field commissioning.
- Knowledge of Control & Automation processes, including instrumentation, I/Os, sensors, actuators, and plant control logic to ensure proper software behavior.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, prioritizing SCRUM
