About the role

  • Regulatory Operations Analyst supporting SEU Operations Risk department with regulatory compliance across licensed jurisdictions. Engaging in multi-jurisdictional work and maintaining regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our SEU Operations Risk department with regulatory support through knowledge and application of regulations and requirements
  • Maintaining and enhancing our regulatory controls for the operations department
  • Point of contact with internal teams and external parties in any regulatory operational related issues
  • Liaising with product and development teams addressing issues raised
  • Working on assessment analysis of observations raised by internal and external assurance providers
  • Providing a detailed assessment of activities required to address issues and maintain compliance
  • Engaging in sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional work within a range of regulatory frameworks

Requirements

  • A strong technical knowledge base with an understanding of Group internal tools and systems
  • Superb attention to detail with a desire to fully understand how things work
  • Creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to lead and prioritise high volumes of responsibilities autonomously without delays in results and to tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with compliance, safer gambling, fraud and AML practices and regulatory requirements
  • Innovation and improvements to processes, tools, and infrastructure, sharing applicable information and knowledge with the team
  • Maintaining product documentation and processes that impact on our regulatory obligations
  • Native-level proficiency in either Spanish, French or Portuguese is highly desirable
