About the role

  • Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst supporting financial planning, performance management and decision-making for a complex international division. Producing reports and insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing accurate, insightful, and high-quality reports for a complex $11bn division spanning five international regions.
  • Support the financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making of the International division.
  • Deliver high-quality financial insights, robust forecasts, and consistent reporting that enable senior leadership to drive performance and allocate capital effectively.
  • Coordinate forecasting cycles by tracking progress across workstreams and providing consolidated updates to the FP&A team.
  • Maintain key monthly reporting files, ensuring alignment with month-end results and consistency across reporting outputs.
  • Conduct initial reviews of financial data and models, performing reconciliations, sense checks, and highlighting anomalies or one-off items for further FP&A analysis.
  • Own the process of accessing, interpreting, and loading financial data into the EPM system.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with EPM systems and financial data management.
  • Understanding of the sports betting and iGaming industry, market dynamics, and Flutter’s competitive landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders at all levels across the organisation with clarity, impact and relevance.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple workloads and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, anticipating reporting challenges and driving improvements.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a focus on continuous development.
  • Studying towards or qualified in a professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
