About the role
- Outbound Financial Services Representative reaching out to clients at CIBC. Advising on financial services products and assisting with their financial needs through a fast-paced Contact Centre.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to clients through outbound calls to suggest financial services products
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' financial needs
- Quickly provide information and resolutions to clients' issues
- Participate in ongoing learning to stay up to date with new and existing solutions
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English to support business operations outside of Quebec, Canada.
- Ability to work independently as an Agent@Home
- Wired Internet connection capable of supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate
- Flexible to work from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 08:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
