Responsibilities

  • work with project teams on a wide range of tasks with varying goals
  • occasional opportunities to do field work that provides context for the environmental data you’ll later validate and report on

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data science or analytics, environmental science, chemistry, or related field
  • Some professional work experience or a capstone, internship, or extended academic project requiring collaboration and adherence to schedules
  • Programming experience in R or Python
  • Ability to work effectively with oversight and support from the Data Services team
  • Ability to manage workload, self-motivate, and fill project gaps when needed
  • Strong communication skills, including patience and responsiveness.
