- Full-cycle bookkeeping up to balance sheet
- Bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Ongoing bookkeeping for group companies and subsidiaries
- Working with multiple currencies and intercompany transactions
- Invoicing, revenue processes, and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Preparation and submission of reports to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, Sales tax, etc.)
- Month-end close and ongoing financial reporting
- Working with NetSuite and external advisors
Requirements
- 4-8 years of bookkeeping / accounting experience
- Previous experience in a high-tech company
- Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping up to balance sheet
- Experience working with multiple currencies and group structures
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Good English (written and spoken)
- Strong Excel skills
