  • Create practical performance documentation and playbooks (onboarding, time-to-productivity, promotions).

Requirements

  • You’ve got 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition in fast-paced, high-accountability environments, in large scale organisations or start ups.
  • You have a basic understanding of performance and people processes

  • You are an exceptional communicator both in writing and in conversation and you are able to influence and coach stakeholders of all levels.
  • You have a data-driven mindset and are able to translate insights into actionable hiring strategies, report outcomes against objectives, and drive execution in line with our ambitious goal of hiring the top 1% talent.
  • You have a deep network and leverage your relationships to shape market perception, open doors to exceptional talent, and strengthen our employer brand presence.
  • You are expert at using modern tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Metaview and more) and boolean logic to find candidates who aren't looking.
  • You know what great looks like in terms of talent and hold a high bar -- but you’re also pragmatic, fast-moving, and solutions-oriented.
